This 3 month plan is for this ready to make a commitment on getting start with their fitness journey, even if you have been in the gym for a while but struggling to make any progress this is the perfect start for you. This package requires you to making it into the gym at least 3 times a week. The workout program is catered to your specific needs, each phase of the program is about 4 weeks long depending on how well you are progressing or regression or staying the same.
