I would highly recommend Trevor as a personal trainer. I've worked with him for a year and every step of the way it's been fun, hard work, and empowering. Trevor is a professional. He has a great deal of knowledge about programming and created a varied and effective schedule that taught me all kinds of new lifts and kept the workouts from ever getting boring. We do a lot of weight lifting, but he also prioritizes cardiovascular health and core strength, which I like. My goal wasn't just aesthetics, but overall health, and Trevor has definitely taught me how to achieve that. I no longer look like a scared newbie when I walk through the gym doors, and it's become a place that I feel comfortable in and I enjoy the community that's there.
Trevor is great about working with complicated schedules. He is punctual and was willing to work with my two jobs and ever changing schedule, so that we could stay on track and be consistent. He also went above and beyond and would send me workouts for the days that I wasn't working with him. Eating has always been a tricky thing for me. Trevor has very helpful knowledge about nutrition but he also knew when to share it and when to leave it alone. It's taken me a long time to work through an eating disorder and develop healthy eating patterns. Trevor has been patient and I'm really starting to see results of my change in diet.
I'm a different person now than I was when I made the commitment to learn the gym and change my lifestyle. Trevor made it way less intimidating and stressful and it has given me a ton of confidence that I didn't have before. And you know, the dump truck doesn't hurt either (mine, not yours Trevor hahaha). 🙂 150/10 - definitely recommend.

Trevor has been an amazing trainer. He is extremely professional and a great teacher. Every workout is thoroughly explained! I never feel lost or unable to follow the instructions given. Trevor took his time in learning my individual strengths. Each workout feels specifically tailored to my ability and goals. Around two years ago I decided it was time to do something about my health and my body. I became dedicated to working out 4 to 5 days a week in the gym. I also used various supplements.
